Founder & President
Dana's commitment to ensuring safety, respect, empowerment drove her to create The Ruth Collective, which envisions a world where everyone has access to reproductive healthcare, are able live a life free of fear, and make their own choices for their own body. Dana is dedicated to promoting ally-ship by creating an organization that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
Dana's extensive professional background includes leadership roles at Abrasive Misfit Productions, Inc., ATMTC Academy, Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, and the American Heart Association, as well as volunteer work with CASA for Children and Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
With her husband LTC(R) Steve Hall, Dana have two children where they now reside in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy time with their family, and way too many pets.
She's still adjusting to the overwhelming and astronomical amounts of rain.

Leah Hill is a dedicated business owner, volunteer, and advocate for women and children. She is passionate about assisting women in finding essential resources and support for reproductive healthcare.
Leah brings a wealth of professional experience and compassion to The Ruth Collective. Her career encompasses a diversity of roles such as Executive Director, HR Manager and Safety Instructor.

She has over 25 years of volunteer work with local organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and the 21st Century Program, as well as with local LGBTQIA+ and Black Lives Matter events, as well as with her children's school volunteer program and their local Rec Department.
A devoted wife and mother of three, Leah enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her family and "farm" animals in her free time.
